PM-TK is a compressor that is delivered to the customer fully assembled, filled with oil and mounted on one pallet. Just connect it to the electric and pneumatic network to start working. A 300 l powder-coated tank, a refrigerant dryer and a system of six precise filters (up to 0.01 microns) guarantee air quality in line with the highest production requirements.

Thanks tovibration reduction and flexible pipeline connections, the compressor operates quietly and stably - the noise level does not exceed 70 dB(A). The BD-11FPM-TK/16 compressor isequipped with an efficient refrigerant dryer. This is a device that dehumidifies the air by cooling it. As a result of this process, water condenses, removing moisture from the compressed air.

A set of six precise filters
To obtain a high-class compressed air purity, the BD-11FPM-TK/16 high-pressure screw compressor uses a set of six precision filters - two filters before the dryer and 4 filters after the dryer.
Automatic condensate ejectors
The entire BD-11FPM-TK/16 screw compressor system is equipped with two automatic condensate ejectors:
- The first ejectordrains condensate from two filterslocated before the dryer,
- The second ejectordrains the condensate from the pressure tankandfrom the four output filters located after the dryer.
This solution makes the screw compressor virtually maintenance-free.
